What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to put things right.
If you've simply changed your mind, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that custom or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

Can I request a custom size or colour?
In many cases, yes. If you have a custom requirement, please get in touch and we'll let you know if it's something we can produce.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. While many of our products are printed to order, we also keep a small amount of stock of our most popular items to help get orders out as quickly as possible. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you informed.
Are your products made in the UK?
Yes. Every Forge By Layer product is designed and 3D printed in the UK before being carefully inspected, packed and dispatched.
What materials do you use?
Most of our products are printed in premium PETG, chosen for its excellent strength, durability and weather resistance. Some specialist products may use other materials where better suited.
